Erial Smith
Chief Executive Officer & External Affairs
Erial, the founder of Erial's College Mission, is an alumna of Lamar University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health. She completed her master’s degree at East Texas A&M University. Currently, Erial is on a hiatus from her career to focus on motherhood, while still maintaining a strong commitment to education and her passion for supporting others in their academic journeys. In addition to her studies, Erial has worked as a healthcare project manager, applying her expertise to the field.
Erin Smith
External Affairs/Community Engagement
Erin, the co-founder of Erial's College Mission, is pursuing her passion for education by making a difference in the lives of young students as a K-12 educator. She is dedicated to molding and shaping the minds of the youth, ensuring a bright future for the next generation.
Shanese Williams
Board Member & Advisor
Board Member of Erial's College Mission; she has a bachelor's degree of Criminal Justice with a minor in Information Technology from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development and is currently enrolled in the Human Resource Development doctoral program with an emphasis on organizational leadership & Development. Shanese is currently working with Human Resources.

Tiawndrea Ware is an educator from Dallas, Texas, with a passion for leadership and academic excellence. She graduated from Tuskegee University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Currently in her fifth year of teaching, Tiawndrea is dedicated to shaping young minds and making a lasting impact in education. With aspirations of becoming a principal, she continues to grow as a leader, striving to create a positive and transformative learning environment for students.
Imani is an alumna of the University of the Incarnate Word. She played Division I volleyball and graduated summa cum laude as a double major in accounting and pre-law. Imani spent three years at EY as a Technology Risk Consultant. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Cornell University. Imani is passionate about breaking educational disparities among racial and ethnic youth and is committed to ECM’s mission.
